Responsibilities:
• Leads the development and deployment of industry-leading conversion-oriented content, from ideation to execution, driving traffic, building audiences, and converting new users
• Works alongside the Brand & Product team to develop a cross-functional content and event strategy, using audience data and content focus to drive key themes
• Manages a small team of Content Marketing Specialists to create original video content, campaign material, media posts, website copy and product promotional material that drive traffic and generate leads as part of a holistic marketing strategy
• Works closely with our Influencer + Communications team to build and deepen meaningful relationships with creators and users, ensuring a consistently diverse and inclusive range of speakers and collaborators are featured
• Uses business and departmental objectives as a foundation to drive strategy, measuring the impact of programs to meet business objectives, reporting on performance and pivoting tactics when necessary
• Drives brand awareness, ensuring product positioning, messaging and assets are on-point and of the highest quality
• Supports the development of key themes and editorial based on audience data and industry knowledge
• Manages external partners and freelancers including cost negotiations, outreach, and logistics
• Works with creative team to provide direction and approval on campaign and event assets
• Researches and analyzes new technology, techniques, threats and industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in data driven content marketing, professional writing/editing, ideally within a B2C context across full-funnel initiatives
• Demonstrated marketing channel strategy, content writing, storytelling, and SEO experience optimizing content
• Deeply understands the modern go-to-market landscape, including people, process, and technology/software practices of leading organizations
• Proficiency in audience segmentation and targeting strategy
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis and extracting insights to develop engaging content and marketing stories
• Ability to work effectively across functions and influence partners across the business
• Ability to rapidly grasp details and potential use cases for technology/innovation products across a wide spectrum of domains
• Ability to adapt to brand style and tone while crafting technical content to align with overall marketing narrative and storytelling
• Ability to create and manage detailed project plans and drive on-time execution
• Strong communication skills, data-driven mindset, and a proactive attitude
• Experience with leveraging marketing automation to deliver on campaign goals and pipeline creation. • Experience with reporting on campaign and program performance and providing insights and recommendations
Nice to Have:
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or Creative Writing preferred
• Background in the mobile/web application industry or technology/consumer software industry
