We are looking for a talented 3D Character/Avatar Modeler & Animator to join our Video Creativity Center team. As a critical member of our innovative team, you'll be one of the architects with an empathetic mindset to help build and articulate creative brand marketing campaigns for Wondershare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and animate exciting 3D characters to bring new additions to our resource packs and bring our brand marketing campaigns to life. We love to keep our community engaged.
• As a 3D character designer, you'll collaborate and communicate with our talented peers in brand marketing team, and resource design team to develop unique character driven creative assets for our products.
• Has abilities to work independently, while taking care of iterations, art direction and the creative concepts.
• Study the current trend on design and the has the ability to bring new ideas collaborate with the team to meet our user needs.
Your Qualification:
• Incredible portfolio with 4+ years of experience in 3D character design in different styles. Knowledge on Voxel platform modelling will be a plus.
• Must be able to work with Cinema 4D and Red Shift.
• Strong 3D modeling from concept to final render experience is required.
• Strong 3D animating from rigging to final animation experience is required.
• Strong 3D texturing and lighting experience required.
• Strong communication skills to help sell ideas to our stakeholders and project members.
• Superb at ideation, color theory, and conceptual skills.
• Strategize thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Have a good eye for detail and help nurture consistent style.
• Always pay attention to and analyze popular design trends.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive, teamwork, strong communication and coordination skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
Bonus to have:
• Experience working with international teams.
• Experience working with motion capture.
• Experience in working with technology or a creative agency.
• Knowledge and passion for digital brand experience in general.
• Located in Vancouver, BC or willing to relocate.
