Job Purpose
The IT Business Management (ITBM) team provides strategy alignment, benefits management, stakeholder engagement, governance and lifecycle management for key strategic IT programs and projects. This role will help manage enterprise-wide projects, delivering adding value to the firm over time.
Responsibilities
• Project Management
Work within global standards to manage initiatives through implementation
Contribute to developing suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Partner with Business to develop and control deadlines
Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measurements
Prepare and present reports for program directors, committees and Senior leadership where necessary
• Merger and Acquisition:
Work within cross functional team(s) to integrate acquired technology, decommissions legacy systems as rapidly as possible,
Migrate acquired networks and offices
Promote ICE standards and culture
• Customer Service:
Establish a healthy competitive atmosphere
Foster a sense of urgency around any project issues and quickly escalate or address appropriately
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MIS, CIS, CS or Business
• ITIL for Service Delivery, Process Improvement and IT Governance, COBIT 5
• Familiarity with Microsoft desktop and server Technologies
• Working knowledge of CSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow
• Understanding of IP networking and/or VOIP technology
