Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive UserWay's growth to the next level. This is an opportunity to make an impact and join a company in a significant growth stage.
Responsibilities
• Technical focal point of sales process: POC's, installation process, customizations, requirements and training.
• Lead presale activities from early engagement with customers, while collaborating with multiple departments: R&D, Sales, customer success & product.
• Execute hands-on demos of the company's solutions and products.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience working in B2B/SaaS, customer-facing roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related Software Engineering field or equivalent practical experience
• Native English speaker
Nice to have
• Experience with HTML & Javascript and/or building websites
• Experience setting up SSO/IDP Integrations
