Overview
Develop and lead business development goals and strategy for UserWay. Initiate and support partnerships that support UserWay's long term goals. Lead the commercial aspect of UserWay's growing family of products. Report to the CRO.
Responsibilities
• Research, pursue and develop new, long term business relationships
• Manage a rapidly growing revenue portfolio
• Create and lead new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with partners including commercial, legal, financial & marketing aspects
• Negotiate commercial terms while utilizing analytical data
• Advance and establish new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities
• Lead internal interfaces and operations in order to deliver upon customer requirements
Requirements
• Native English speaker - MUST
• Experience at an SaaS company
• Highly technical, comfortable with technical/compliance-related products
• 2-4 years of experience in Business Development (USA) or Account Management
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Experience in managing large customer portfolios
• Great negotiation skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience working with C level managers – advantage
