The primary purpose of this role is to enhance the marketing professional capability development of OU Marketing to support maintenance and growth of GCM business through organizational optimization, marketing learning & development platform and building up the winning culture.
The role is to build world-class marketing capabilities to fuel long term sustainable growth. Identify core marketing competency needs and gaps. Develop a robust plan to address the key gaps and opportunities in capability.
Marketing skills & development
Enhance marketing capability and career development via
a) Develop a functional skills training program for the marketing team;
b) Implement broader training & development curriculum that embeds the Coca-Cola Way of Marketing;
c) Develop and implement diverse marketing learning platform (such as Marketing Academy, classroom, e-learning, community sharing) to drive the learning efficiency & effectiveness
d) GCM capability hub in Global marketing capability community – cascade down and bring up the marketing capability best practice and initiatives between OUs and global
Process & routines
Continue to provide input and support to PMOs to improve new marketing process incorporating learning’s, timelines & new structural positions as well as increasing efficiency of routines & decision making process.
Community Building
Foster a collaborative culture of world class marketing craftsmanship, based on fact based consumer understanding, sound strategic thought, and effective & efficient system activation across GCM OU. Share marketing best practices and learning with the team.
